This place is a disaster! They canceled my second appointment without contacting me, lost my 24 page evaluation and blamed it on the office that sent it, prescribe me 3 different medications at once (considered controlled substances) rather than completing pre authorization paperwork required. After 2 weeks and multiple conversations with my pharmacy, insurance, and this office I was finally able to pick up 1 of the medications (paid for out of pocket due to the incomplete paperwork). Had a mental health emergency, took months to schedule an appointment. When i finally saw dr lockmer the appointment was maybe 20 minutes of me trying to explain what i was going through. He didn't seem to care, tried switching me to other meds, told me to stop taking meds that actually help me. Then put in an RX that was never sent to my pharmacy. Secretary was nice, he was a joke. If he's the best i can find, I'm in real trouble....
I was passed onto dr Lockmer and he needs to be fired . He dictates your symptoms for you without actually listening to your issues in your words. He’s always looking angry and god for bid your phone call appointment or video call doesn’t go through. He will hold your meds even when it’s on his end and leave you stranded

i was sent here. dr lockmer is not interested in what you have to say he is more interested in getting through his pt list. i was there a week and a half and we only did group therapy twice. i remember one time i lifted the bun of my burger at dinner and a fly came off of it. staff told me that they didn’t have time to get something else and to just eat it. i waited 3 days to get a pair of socks and a toothbrush because the staff kept “forgetting”. not to mention my clothes went missing and i never got them back. they tried ... read more
