Great Bagels, but Today's Service Was Beyond Disappointing Holy Bagel on William Cannon has always been one of my favorite bagel shops in Austin, if not the best I've found. Very not good, I do not recommend, it has no taste
Use to be out place to go weekly. Loved our double toasted bagels, but they are no longer doing that. Its a shame! 😪
We love this place. It's right in our neighborhood and provides the best bagels in Texas! The bagel flavors and choices for cream cheese and other fillings are numerous, fresh, and delicious. The sandwich bagels are probably my favorite (especially for breakfast). I've seen some critical reviews for the speed of service, but it's a small, busy spot and you can place an order online ahead of time. That seems like critiquing it for being popular. It's five stars all-around for us.
Stopped to pick up bagels and cream cheese on Friday afternoon. Went to serve Saturday morning and there was a full on hand print in the cream cheese picture below. Called the store spoke to Kim, a manager I was told and her answer was “Well we wear a glove” it’s fine. Putting that on my table to serve looked gross to me. I suggested they change that policy which she said Hmmm sorry. No offer to replace . I guess I can get cream cheese at the market and bagels elsewhere. Ugh Kim have a nice day.
