Stopped to pick up bagels and cream cheese on Friday afternoon. Went to serve Saturday morning and there was a full on hand print in the cream cheese picture below. Called the store spoke to Kim, a manager I was told and her answer was “Well we wear a glove” it’s fine. Putting that on my table to serve looked gross to me. I suggested they change that policy which she said Hmmm sorry. No offer to replace . I guess I can get cream cheese at the market and bagels elsewhere. Ugh Kim have a nice day.

Okay this is not a BAD review whatsoever but some mild constructive criticism. I love wholly bagel I really do, but sometimes they really pack on the shmear. I understand it’s crazy to complain about a lot of cream cheese, I get that, especially coming from a cream cheese lover myself. But GOD, in a bagel breakfast sandwich there is just so much cream cheese. It makes the bagel less appetizing and it’s such an annoying mess. Great bagel, I got an egg everything with bacon egg and cheese. Customer service is also top notch. I’d post a photo of my sandwich but I already ate it.
