I have tried counselling a couple times in the past, but it never felt truly a right fit. I am so glad I finally met Caprial. Working with her has been a healing journey with her nonjudgmental and compassionate approach. She seems to understand my experiences on a deeper level. She has a collaborative and transparent approach that I appreciate. I highly recommend her!

Meeting Caprial has been such a positive experience. She’s incredibly easy to talk to, very culturally sensitive and informed, and always approaches things with so much respect. I really appreciate that she’s challenging, but in a healthy, supportive way that never feels overwhelming. You walk out of a session feeling accomplished and like you’ve made real progress with her. The clinic itself is welcoming and comfortable too. I’d definitely recommend Caprial and the clinic!!
