Gina's team - is great! PIF is a welcoming gym space, and the trainers are all knowledgeable - tough yet kind. My strategy is to go to attention sessions with different trainers, as they each have their own set of notes to give on the same exercise form.
Madison and the team at Portland Integrative Fitness have helped me feel strong, capable and pain free since having my kids. Their attention to detail, flexibility and commitment to meeting you where you are make a world of difference. The gym environment is welcoming, supportive and fun! I leave every workout feeling accomplished and ready for my day. Highly recommend.
