love service but HATE that drawn out sales pitch for the emergency necklace. I will change companies-or get a drug replacement from another pharmacy
Ordered a product online that my doctor recommended and paid for it. I got an invoice later by email and they added an extra $13.50 for shipping that was never disclosed during the order process. 1 small bottle doesn't ship for $13.50 and I'm not sure what their "service fee" covers in addition to that. Just be honest with your prices and don't steal on the backside!
my dad works here, he is very nice and he works very hard. he also used to work in the twin towers. show him some love :)

Terrible customer service. Rude and dismissive. They claim no refunds just so they can keep people's money. I will not be purchasing anything from them again and will be disputing the charge from my credit card.
