Just called for a quote on a hot water heater. He was very pushy and dident bother to want a verbal serial/model number and insisted that I send him pictures of the unit instead. Then when I said there was a cheaper unit he told me to to get lost and not to call back. BAD BUSINESS!!! Very poor leadership in a business.
I called for a quote and the guy was rude and condescending. First, he quoted me at more than double the rate of other companies. When I told him I just want the heater then, since the website advertises water heater sales, he scoffed and said the service is where he makes his money. No kidding, when your rates are more than double what they should be. They advertise as a wholesale distributer but all they actually do is rip people off on the service price.
He was great, fast, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, he was EARLY TOO! Excellent service!
