My husband went to purchase caps for a vinyl fence. First issue was he was quoted a price over the phone and upon arrival was told it was double what he was quoted. He changed styles to get more around our price range and he purchased 23 caps. He went home to find out not all of our posts were 5 inch like we thought so he rushed back to the store.
