I regret purchasing a vehicle from Jem. Sold me a “good car” that completely broke down less than 6 months later. Come to find out the battery and starter were replaced and bad. Aaron signed me up with a warranty that HE GUARANTEED would cover issues, I find out the hard way it turns out they cover nothing and now I am stuck with a broken down car after having it for 5-6 months from trusting Aaron at Jem auto.
