Great guys to work with. Quality vehicles
I hate to leave bad review, but back in 2022 i bought a 2008 Honda accord from them it ended up being a lemon. The timing chain broke its about a 3k$ repair. Then after i got that fixed the motor blew on the car all in a very short time after each other. The cost of repairs exceeded the value of the car by a long shot.
My wife and I have now purchased two cars from Jen-Auto in Anoka. The fact we are return customers should say a lot. We found the prices fair, the vehicles to clean and fairly priced. I hope we don’t have to buy another car any time soon, but if we need to do so we will definitely check with Jem-Auto.
I was in desperate need of a new car and came across Jem auto. I went there and tested out a car and right away knew this was the car I wanted. They worked with me and I was able to take my car home. It’s a great car no complaints.
Great place to buy your first car! Thank you guys for making our first big purchase a smooth process! We love the CRV and it was such a good price, unlike other auto sales! Our car is amazing and we are so at peace about it. Huge thank you to you guys!
