I got sold a tire with a bulge in it.. which could blow without any notice while driving. But they did replace it no problem, I just don’t understand how they didn’t notice it when it was being put onto my car.. I would go back, as long as this NEVER happened again because of how quick their service is and the fact that they replaced it with no issues.
I have visited this family business multiple times. It has never been to purchase a large order of tires but always a small repair or tire problem. I have received the best service of any local business i visit and have always been treated like I am the most important customer they have even though they are probably not making much money on what they are doing for me. I went to get new tires for my first time, being a new driver and all. They finished up and everything seemed good so I pulled off and thanked them. Well I didn’t even get to the next street over and I had to pull over because it was making a weird sound and the tire felt funny. Once pulled over I discovered my lug nut caps weren’t tightened.
