They do not stand behind their products and they are very rude..DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE...I bought an ice machine new and it broke down before 1 year old and they said...take your business someplace else and hung up...beware!
Awesome experience! Worked with Ashley and she helped me out more in the past few days than I have received in the last year. Willing to help you out when needed and assisted with making sure my product was accurate and even did a zoom call to walk me through steps on my amazon store. Amazing customer service! They service my ice machine regularly to ensure it is running properly. I love that they call in advance to be sure that someone will be here when they arrive. I rarely have any issues, but, when I do they are prompt about getting out to resolve the issues. Their customer service is fantastic!
