Been shopping for a pool for several months. Places we visited had us leaving feeling like we were getting scammed. Went to WSW on a whim and so glad we did. Josh took time to find out our needs and reviewed options with us. He was not pushy or fake. He was genuinely helpful. We left there not intending to buy...but he put us at ease about the pool. Stopped in yesterday to find out if they could fix my hot tub, expecting to have to make an appointment for some time in the future. However, my husband and I told them what was happening and they knew right away what was wrong. The service tech followed us to the house and within 30 min my hot tub was heating up and is running great. I am one extremely satisfied customer. Thanks guys for the excellent service, great attitude, and super fast service. I would give you guys 15 stars if I could.
I had a pesky leak in my hot tub and Josh got it fixed within 24 hours!
The hot tubs, service and prices were all great. If you need a hot tub or parts. I would visit this store first!!!!!!
