Well first things first they had a special that was supposed to be like $70 a month payments well that’s $300… Second far from professional my #1 concern was the alcohol containers I found after they were done. And all the nails on top of that. But 2 higher ups came out to check over the job after I complained. And there is small pieces of plastic sticking out of the shingles all over. Update 5 years later: We found also that they installed the improper dryer vent hood. Now waiting for a call back to get this fixed. This could have caused a fire. Update: We had everything repaired that needed to be fixed. Greg was great and I appreciate him taking care of us so promptly. Office was in touch with us during the entire process.
