From start to finish I was pleased with literally everyone I was in contact with from appointment setter Katie, Kyle roof assessor, John operation manager, Tray production manager, Ricky job superviser, & the roofing crew. They did fantastic job, were always available if needed & answered any & all of my questions/concerns!! Very positive experience!!! Replaced entire roof, have peace of mind now
They won't quote unless you have all homeowners present. I need a roof not a sales pitch.

Instead, they sent a salesperson who didn’t even bother to inspect the roof. Rather than doing their job, they tried to corner me with a rehearsed sales pitch, clearly more interested in closing a deal than assessing the actual work.
