Well my order was incomplete, missing a part. I let them know this and John Green contacted me immediately to try to fix the problem. He promptly refunded my money and although I wound up ordering the part elsewhere, this is really good customer service and that’s important.

My product arrived in a very timely manner I had an issue with the install I called them they immediately accommodated me the issue was resolved on the spot and everything is up and running fine.
