Well my order was incomplete, missing a part. I let them know this and John Green contacted me immediately to try to fix the problem. He promptly refunded my money and although I wound up ordering the part elsewhere, this is really good customer service and that’s important.

You will want to use this company, the service was excellent. My product arrived in a very timely manner I had an issue with the install I called them they immediately accommodated me the issue was resolved on the spot and everything is up and running fine. A special thank you to (John Green) who stopped what he was doing at the time and help Resolve my issue!!

I called Wholesale Pool Equipment regarding the product I wanted to order. They verified the part and informed me of shipping timelines. There was never any mention of identification requirements until AFTER I made a purchase. Then I receive an email from john@byop.net - a completely different company. He asks me for a copy of my driver's license, and when I asked him why he abruptly cancelled my order. Stop asking for so much personal info to place an order. They want my photo ID , a copy of both sides of the credit card used. That’s ridiculous
