DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We ordered an item 2 weeks ago. Never received item, so we call, and they told us that there was a problem with the order and that the item was not sent. When I asked that the item be sent by overnight mail and some form of correction be made to the buyer; they said NO. How can a company stay in business when they treat customers so poorly.

I found this store when trying to fix a problem I had caused. My grandmother has gotten to the point where we have to use diaper on her. We use to get the Tena classic bundle pack off of Walmart but they don;t carry her size anymore. So we thought about ordering straight from the company. We had gotten a one time use debit card and come to find out I didn't figure in shipping....
