Took toilet lid in that was cracked, they sat behind counter and asked what we wanted them to do about it....well....ur a plumbing supply! We needed to repair a leak under house but they were smart alek and acted as if we were BOTHERING them....never again! We have a lot of future construction but will go elsewhere....They are rude and of no help....
