What great customer service. Tom P. was incredible. I've spent the last two days driving all over town, trying to buy a replacement part for a bathroom sink. Every store gave me some generic 'universal' solution. Tom knew it was a Moen part immediately, and I left with an actual part from the manufacturer. The sink was fixed a few minutes after we got home. If you're in need of plumbing supplies, try these guys first instead of Lowe's, Home Depot, etc... Five stars.
