I'm sure this place is pretty bad, I've never been here but the other review seemed pretty legit.
These people are terrible. They will screw you over so fast especially around tax time. They will run you around in circles about getting a title for the vehicle you bought. And refuse to give your money back or even the title no matter how many times you call and ask.
