I brought a necklace in to be fixed last week and, first of all, the lady who helped me was so warm and approachable and helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving my necklace with them. I was told the repair could take a couple of weeks (which was fine with me), but I already received a phone cal that the work was complete only 3 business days later! I was floored. Great service and sent 2 watches away for repairs & back in a week.
They very generously cleaned a silver necklace and bracelet for me for free. They are very friendly and have a beautiful selection of jewellery in their store.
I went into the store expecting this store to have a gold tester and do not carry anything to find what it is and also tried to under cut me on a gold necklace witch was valid to be 3500 and there offer was just over 500$ what a scam and the employee were not helpful in any way will not shop there in the future
