I say this to start....I cringe thinking of dealing with Car Dealers. They can have a bad reputation and not have their "clients" best interests at the forefront of their behaviours. Darren from WholeSale House from my very first text to him at 9pm at night through to a video walk around of the car the next day (as I am interstate) was a great relief. Great experience with Darren and Cooper. They picked me up from the train station and quickly got me on the way with the new (to me) Landcruiser. Darren has been super responsive on the phone and did not hesitate to get a minor AC issues sorted for me. Highly recommend this great family business.
We bought a 150 Prado off Darren and Cooper. Great guys, fun chat and very fair deal. Also offered access to mechanics for later. The shop has been around for long and they know their stuff. Can only recommend!
Had a great experience again from Darren and cooper As the first time I was looking at ford f250 but didn’t end up buying from them but Darren still gave me contacts for servicing and accessories for my Ftrucks And this time I found a Hilux SR5 online and unknowingly it was from Darren and Cooper again And the process was seamless went really smooth always answered my text promptly I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than using them on my next car. Absolutely over the moon with it all 10/10 guys.
