I would not recommend. My granite countertops have a rough surface and I couldn’t get the company to even come inspect it. Also my backsplash grout had several cracks missing grout when he was finished . They did send the backsplash guy back but he put caulk in the spots instead of grout. Caulk is a different color than the grout. It was a stressful experience and I’m still not satisfied with the quality And they told me to wipe the excess grout from the wall. What?🤷♂️
After having ordered from another supplier and getting a huge surprise increase from their initial estimate, we cancelled that order and came to Wholesale Granite Direct. As a contractor, I'll never use anyone else in the Granbury area. The team here offered amazing customer service that went far above and beyond expectations. It felt like I had personal concierge service. And they ended up beating the other company's original estimate along with providing a better layout design. Top tier all around.
