Chris was so helpful. I was asking about specialty sized, fire rated doors. He patiently answered all my questions. He didn't make me feel rushed when I thought of more questions. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He made me feel like a valued customer. They'll send you a form to fill out with your door's exact measurements and create a personalized door to match OR you can bring in the door that you need a duplicate for and they'll match it that way.
