GOBSMACKINGLY RUDE! I spent the day wedding dress shopping with my daughters and my mum, and stumbled across this shop as we were walking back to our car. We are all crafty and were very inspired by the selection of beads and accessories on offer. Spent at least 20 minutes wandering around the shop chatting about how gorgeous various items were. Selection is average, pricing is expensive. Not really wholesale prices. You have to leave bags in a locker unattended at entrance when going in, due to poor selection and bad pricing, my party was happy not to spend any money in this store. Other beads shops in Melbourne, and you can get exactly what you need from Etsy or elsewhere online for better pricing. Great products, however unfortunately won’t visit again due to unbelievably bad customer service. Was made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and like an inconvenience. Go elsewhere to save yourself interacting with the awful lady who works here.
