Horrible business/professionalism. We live in West Virginia. Called about a vehicle we were interested in. Was in constant discussion with Don. We accepted the deal and started the paperwork. We decided to use a local bank because the loan rate was cheaper. No big deal. He spoke with our bank and exchanged information. Sent him the approval email, all in less than 24 hours. be honest and have a little integrity
The salesman Fred Brown was really nice. the truck itself was in really bad shape. All four fenders needed to be repainted, since the truck had been in an accident there were a couple things under the hood like a bracket that was broken and needed to be replaced. They are asking way way too much for that truck, plus a smoker found it so it smelled horrible like cigarettes. If they were to come down a few thousand I strongly would have considered buying it
Honestly one of the easiest car buying experience ever, Don was quick and helpful through every step. Drove about 2 hours and upon arrival Don was waiting with the truck cleaned an ready for the test drive. Would definitely recommend anyone give them a call next time your looking for a great deal!
We have always purchased vehicles from dealerships in the past, this was our first experience with a “wholesale” dealer. Don was awesome! Very laid back, never pushy or forceful & VERY honest & forthcoming with information about the vehicle. His assistant Heather was the same way. Both very knowledgeable, welcoming and down to earth. Took the stress out of car buying. Their lot is filled with clean top-of-the-line vehicles. Don’t “sleep” on this dealership or their location, they’re a diamond in the rough.
