I tried to leave my number to call me they have not called me at all . Do you want my business. Hopeless customer service. I had Vince ringing me and he gave me his surety that I will be receiving my good in another two weeks. I will be wating patiently and will be giving feed back.
I purchased an air conditioner online from Wholesale Air Conditioning, but the website never mentioned that the unit was out of stock. After a week, I contacted their customer service, but they couldn’t give me a clear answer—just that it was out of stock and they’d let me know when it arrived. After almost two weeks, they finally told me it was ready, but the customer service was completely unhelpful. Poor communication and company unable to complete the order. This is my second experience purchasing from this company and sadly was extremely disappointing this time. I ordered and paid for a Daikin XL 9kw Split System. After almost 3 weeks of waiting and repeat unanswered emails asking for a delivery date update, I was forced to ask for a refund as they were unable to complete the order. The refund took 3 business days to clear. All in all a very disappointing service and experience.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have placed an order for a split system 10 days ago and there has been no update with my order. I have contacted their email, they responded that why will find out and get back to me but it’s been 2 days since & no response. scam company.
Where is my order?? Who do we contact ? Early next is gone !!!!! No replies.
