Tried to purchase an air conditioner through this mob, waited patiently for 2 months and its never got delivered...should've went and bought one from Harvey Norman.Lesson learnt, wouldn't advice buying anything from them.
Although their website claims to price match Australian businesses, I have just been advised by their telephone staff that they cannot price match an Australian competitor’s price that I provided (see images attached. Disappointing.
After an initial delay everything went smoothly from delivery to installation. Overall good experience especially the money saving aspect. Thanks to the team for taking care of my concerns.
Ordered my split AC 18 days ago. Called them several times to get the updates on delivery and installation. Every time I am told it will be delivered and installed soon. Very disappointed with the first order itself. I am now worried about the installation and the product quality as well.
