I was very taken up by the customer officer vince by keeping his promise to deliver my aircon within three days .This what I call service with a promise. Keep up the good work
I tried to leave my number to call me they have not called me at all . Do you want my business. Hopeless customer service. I had Vince ringing me and he gave me his surety that I will be receiving my good in another two weeks. I will be wating patiently and will be giving feed back.
