Paid $310 for classes only to arrive to find all the doors locked, no signs up, no answer on the phone. After lugging a squirming, bored, 35 lbs toddler around in arms for 30 minutes because I didn't want to put him on the ground to pick up the cigarette butts and other trash scattered beside the needle exchange disposal box (great venue selection for a baby program by the way) someone finally answered the phone on the 5 try to tell me the program was cancelled and turned into a webinar to start the following week. If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up for their Leslieville baby hoots class and prepaid the $279. When the first day of classes came we went to the venue only to see it was locked. I called and was told that the classes were cancelled due to lack of interest and instead they were doing online classes which was not what I signed up for. I asked for a refund and was assured I would receive it by the end of the week. The end of the week came and I still saw no refund and I tried calling all day Friday only to get no ... read more
