We love dr sant and the staff here we are so sad they are closing and appreciated the fact we were able to pay out of pocket and have the care we wanted for our son
Started great then all down hill. They think more about getting your money then treating your child. My son's new pediatrician requested records to be released to them in Feburary and they are still refusing to release them until their office manager decides to do it! Completely against HIPAA regulations! They should be fined!
Dr Sant is wonderful, the only doctor I want around my child, unfortunate that she will be closing the business and I wish her well. I see some complaints about the fees. When it comes down to it, this is a business, they DO CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN, they remember them, they’re nice, but they have bills to pay and they’re a locally run business, smaller businesses are not able to get as much funding as larger businesses. We loved whole kids until Adrian left, we liked Jessica and she left. Everyone in there now is obese, and they have always been money hungry. We are leaving, they have went downhill and fast. Never liked Dr Sant but stuck it out. Just feel like she rushes and makes you feel less than a good parent. After seeing all the staff members obese today I questioned their judgment on good health care.
Absolutley love this office. The staff is wonderful and the doctors are so great! We take my grandson here and we have always been so happy with his care. The approach of holistic healing and western medicine is exactly what we were looking for and they are very thoughtful when treating their patients.
