My daughter started attending sessions here about a month ago, and unfortunately, two things stood out that left me with a very negative impression. First, our therapist—whom we were told was available on Saturdays—seemed to listen but was extremely “by the book.” She appeared to track time down to the minute, limiting check-in conversations very strictly. We did play therapy for about a month, yet I received no feedback or observations regarding my daughter’s progress. When I asked her to email me the goals we had discussed... read more

I want to give zero stars. I truly don’t think that all of their reviews are genuine. My child went here for a year. Nothing changed, She was taught zero coping skills, She continued to cut and be admitted to hospitals. Thank God, I started taking her somewhere else because she has done a complete turnaround!!! We lost so much time taking her here.

We love Whole Kids! They are a fantastic resource for local families, and we had a positive experience with my son's therapy. They were kind, explained causes of anxiety and coping skills in a way that he could not only understand, but remember and utilize later on. I'm grateful to have a resource like this in our community.

We have had a great experience at WholeKids. My son had a lot of success with Tricia. His anxiety decreased and he learned about his ADHD. He had such a positive experience that we had our daughter start seeing a therapist. Jessie helped her learn how to regulate big emotions and taught her many coping skills. Both Jessie and Tricia have been great about giving our kids things to work on in between sessions. They make therapy interesting and enjoyable, and most importantly help our children thrive.

My three youngest kids (9, 12, & 14) all attend Whole Kids in Sandy, and Jessie is an amazing therapist. She got my 14 year old to actually open up in therapy, and the strides she's made with my autistic 12 year old have been noticed by friends, family, and teachers alike. She's incredible, as is everyone else ive interacted with. Whole Kids is a great option, whatever your therapeutic needs.
