I've been bringing my two cats here for a few years. I've been really impressed with how far they go to make the visit low stress. It is a noticeable difference from other clinics that seems to treat appointments like an assembly line. Dr. Malone has taken extra time to explain my cats' issues and explore all possible options. They always go above and beyond for my bunny, ninja!
Extremely kind and attentive staff. They took excellent care of my nearly 8 year old guinea pig Carmel over the course of two visits several months apart. The first visit she improved very well. The second, the staff was honest and kind in explaining that she may or may not recover, and gave us medication to keep her comfortable during that process. Over the phone the receptionist, was very friendly and informative. Upon arrival, with my sick cat, I was treated with compassion. The news was not good. This office gave as much time as needed, to process and have family say their goodbyes. Thank you!!
