I reached out to this practice about joining a DBT group. Had an interview to be able to join the group which I paid $195 dollars for and they gave me a start date of March 27th. Dr. Arnold and her team are always my go-to for excellent referrals and consultation. As a therapist myself, it is important to cultivate relationships with other professionals to provide the best care for our mutual clients. I often send clients to Wholeheart for group support, and always hear the experience is good.

WholeHeart Psychotherapy is run by two of the most well-respected clinicians in the city. The co-directors Erika Pluhar and Tara Arnold put a lot of thought and care into the associates they hire and train them with the utmost level of professionalism.

I work as a counselor at a high school, and we often refer students to therapists in the area. We have had several students work with therapists at WholeHeart, and all those students have reported having a positive and growth-oriented experience. WholeHeart also provides education to clinicians in the community that is incredibly valuable. I'm grateful to have a relationship with WholeHeart.

WholeHeart is exactly it's namesake. This group of therapists is so dedicated to the well being of our community. I'd highly recommend to anyone needing support.
