My experience with the office team has been extremely frustrating. Responses are consistently delayed, important requests are ignored, and there seems to be a lack of organization and accountability. Multiple attempts to get clarifications or updates were met with confusion or no response at all. This level of inefficiency and unprofessional behavior makes working with them very difficult. Immediate improvements in communication and management are urgently needed.
My experience with the BH Group office team has been disappointing. Communication has often been slow and unclear, making it difficult to get timely updates. Several requests and follow-ups seemed to be overlooked or delayed, which caused unnecessary frustration. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve overall efficiency and responsiveness.
Made an appointment ,Filled out paperwork , gave them my credit card info online & they canceled my appointment be ause now they wanted to charge me 400$ for new patients. Made me miss half a day at work. Save your time.
