Made an appointment ,Filled out paperwork , gave them my credit card info online & they canceled my appointment be ause now they wanted to charge me 400$ for new patients. Made me miss half a day at work. Save your time.
If I could give 0 stars I would . Absolutely horrible experience. No one returns your calls , I've been without medication for over a week and even the Dr hasn't been concerned . Medication I've been on everyday for 3 years . Would never recommend this place to anyone

Dr. Xu and her team are truly amazing! Mackenzie was so kind and patient while helping me with my paperwork. it made such a stressful process feel so much easier. Kristen, the NP, was so sweet and knowledgeable, and she made me feel safe, heard, and cared for the whole time. I walked away feeling supported and understood, and that means so much to me.
