Asif did a great job helping me recover from back and hip issues that had kept me from running. Asif was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. His treatment plan was thorough and tailored specifically to my needs. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with the exercises and stretches. Highly recommend Asif to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who really knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about your recovery.
Really positive first experience, highly recommend. Rayven was great, she even spent time after my appointment to explain different exercises and stretches I could to help with things. I really appreciate it and will for sure be coming back.

Great experience with whole therapy today
I am so glad I started going to Whole Therapy. I was nervous at first to start a new treatment option, but I was immediately put at ease. The registration process was easy and all online. I appreciate that there are multiple therapies in one place. I would highly reccomend.
