If you are needed a new place to start, I would not recommend Whole Self. Lena seemed nice to begin with and gave me a few times to decide when i wanted to start. When I told her who and when she said “sounds good”. Moving over to day of my first appointment with them Lena texts me letting me know she never secured the spot a week ago for my appointment. Completely messing up my work schedule trying to get me to move to another day. All because I was also asking about the autism assessments.
At first, things seemed to fit, but I quickly realized that accountability, harm reduction, and communication are not strong points for this practice as my therapist Shelby was dishonest and lied about me to other staff, creating deep issues that have led me to part ways with this practice and not recommend them to anyone. To anyone looking to heal, stay *far* away from this practice.
