This is the worst place I've ever lived I'm going on my second month here and there's tons of spiders, ear wigs scorpions and now I seen a cockroach for first time, lease says we're responsible for them unless reported in first 7 days, we are also responsible for yard work and all repairs unless they are major ones, if this was the case I'd own a home not rent who has money for this stuff when we can barely afford to rent and am a single mother. Company should change their name to AWHOLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT...This dude makes a PHONE appointment for me as a landlord, because I was considering renting out my condo. Appointment was like a week away. Then, shortly afterwards, he sends me an agreement to sign before anything else. OK, first red flag, begging for money before anything else. 6/24/25 Update: Updating review since their team reached out to address the discrepancy and quickly updated the photos online --------------- Photos on Zillow for 3032 Zuni st look nothing like the actual property. In the photos on Zillow it shows 2 photos of the kitchen, one that has white painted walls but the walls are actually blue. Also wooden floors and place overall feels old and musty, while photos make it look new
