I wrote the following review a couple months ago and was bribed by the owner to take it down in exchange for him paying the leasing fee for the new company that we went with (approx $800).Once I took it down, he completely ghosted us. This is a shady company that I would steer clear of. Who knows how many negative reviews have been deleted in exchange for compensation. The worst experience ever with a property management company. It began with Tyler getting his rental property next door to me ready by blowing all the leaves in that yard in to ours! I confronted him and he had zero respect for me as a neighbor. Then the renters (who are not even on the lease according to the sheriff's department) arrived and it got worse. Despite only leasing through Whole PM for a month - Erin and Luis have proven to be extremely responsive and thorough in their support and problem solving when we ran into range issues. We highly recommend leasing through Whole PM and specifically their team! It is also clear they work very closely with property owners and so far have shown great attention to detail.
Very good about following up on any issues and problems. Early relationship is working out well so far.
