Homeowners beware. We had multiple conversations with the owner Tyler deciding if we wanted to rent our house versus sell it. Told him what our mortgage was and we would only do this if we could get $4500. A very specific number or we were just going to sell. It wasn’t worth it otherwise. We FaceTimed throughout the entire house and he said based off comps and his experience he would list it at $4850. Avoid this property management company if you expect basic maintenance, communication, or accountability. I would not recommend renting from this property management company based on my experience with repeated flooding, poor communication, and unresolved tenant issues. The property experienced multiple water intrusion and flooding events caused by a window well and exterior drainage issues. I had a superb experience. The response time was prompt, scheduling was easy, and when I had to reschedule due to illness, they made that a breeze as well. Maintenance arrived exactly when they said they would, immediately was able to diagnose the issue and did high quality work to remedy the issue.
