Property manger Andrew takes long to get back with answers to questions. Poor communication in the office as well. One agent will say one thing and property manager will say another.
Our lease was transferred to them halfway through and they have made our move out process easy and organized. Erin and Luis have truthfully been amazing and answered all my questions. I was nervous since we didn’t sign with them but they have been great! Edit months later: Apparently when we moved out our last water bill was sent to them. They emailed us about it 3 months after the fact and then took 6 weeks to come to a resolution.
