As always excellent and attentive care with Dr Hemstreet , Ja’Nelle and Nicki caring for both of my dogs in a matter a days. Immediately treating their infections with sound advice for us at home. Always warm and accommodating!!
Nearly the entire staff changed recently and they are extremely scummy. They lie during visits, go over your charts using ai, and mislead you about the frequency and necessity of visits. I cannot and will not trust a vet who gets basic info wrong because she spent 30 seconds reading an ai summary instead of looking over charts. It's worth noting that this was a 5 star establishment to me around a year ago and I would ONLY go here. Sabrina was seen for a luxating patella, and I truly appreciated the level of care, patience, and attention we received. Dr. Caparelli took the time to thoroughly explain Sabrina’s condition, the different treatment options, and what she felt would be the most appropriate approach for her.
