I placed and order a month ago, and I haven’t received it. If course fee is out of my bank account but after no emails, phone or any type of contact to ask about. I have no other place where I can find the supplement my dog needs
CBD drops just started showing up with no invoice or contact information. Came her and got a VM saying to leave a message. SCAM.
UPDATE: got in touch and hopefully the issue is resolved! Seeing some of the same issues as others reviews. No customer service email, or phone number. Only contact info on the page is an email to someone who has yet to reply. I was referred by someone super reputable too, which a bummer.
Horrible customer service. I called twice saying that my cat had cancer and that I had a question. Never heard from them.
