I had been having trouble gaining weight. My situation was complicated by the fact that I have Gastroparesis which had been causing me to continually lose weight because my digestion lacked normal motility. I began working with Jenna to create a regimen which included supplements and a calorie and protein rich diet. Over the last 10 months, Jenna counseled me and monitored my progress. I have now reached my goal thanks to her knowledge, compassion and assistance.
I called Jenna back in 2019. I met with her in person a few times and online a few times. Jenna was very informative. She efficiently provided specific information that I requested having to do with vitamins and minerals. She created a document to my personal specifications based on my eating habits, complete with how we use each vitamin and each mineral and why they are important.
