He was quick to return my inquiry call and schedule installation of attic insulation. I was told it would take all day and maybe part of a second day. He came as scheduled. (At this point I would have rated him 5 stars.) However, he was in and out within about 3-4 hours, completing the job which leads me to believe I was over charged. Blew some insulation in my attic. Due to the time of year they said they would be back to install bath vent in roof when it was warmer. Never reached out. Calls and voicemail a year later and no response.
I had Tony bring my insulation up to current recommended spec. He was very prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and explained what he does and his experience. Once he came out he gave me detail on what was needed and had a quote back to me the next day. His pricing was very competitive and we were able to get the job on the books immediately.
