Very unprofessional, the owner was very dishonest with me and made it a point to talk down about other contractors. Don't trust this guy, he will lie right to your face.
Tony and his crew did a thorough and professional job insulating the attic. The work was completed cleanly and to a high standard. He responded promptly, proposed a comprehensive long-term solution, and did not attempt to upsell unnecessary services. Pricing was fair and transparent.
He was quick to return my inquiry call and schedule installation of attic insulation. I was told it would take all day and maybe part of a second day. He came as scheduled. (At this point I would have rated him 5 stars.) However, he was in and out within about 3-4 hours, completing the job which leads me to believe I was over charged. Tony gave us a fair quote and did work within a week. Our house feels a lot warmer now. We will definitely hire Whole House Insulation again for future projects
Blew some insulation in my attic. Due to the time of year they said they would be back to install bath vent in roof when it was warmer. Never reached out. Calls and voicemail a year later and no response.
