Terrible hurricane-no backup pump —AC water pump out “until further notice” in a 42 unit condo. They tried someone else but ultimately called Bill! He fixed it in a day. Don’t settle for cheap imitations. Bill is the real deal. Whole House Concepts Exceeds all other air-conditioning companies in Fort Lauderdale Oakland Park and Broward County with the finest level of service and quality of equipment. Our air conditioner quit on a Thursday night around midnight. We waited till Fri. morning to make the call. Bill, the owner was very accommodating and sent his son, Frank to the rescue. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he wore a mask while he was working. We had cool air by 5pm. What a relief. Thank you Bill and Frank!!!
