Dr. Deme walked with me throughout my pregnancy and provided incredibly intentional and personal care. Time on her table filled up my cup and has been a source of physical relief (help with sciatica, tight ligaments, and rib pain) and emotional support. Bringing my infant to her for care through our breastfeeding journey has also been an immense gift and helped in relieving his discomfort with latching difficulties. I cannot recommend Dr. Deme’s care enough.
Dr. Demetra is absolutely amazing! My body just feels “right” again after every session with her. She is kind, incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time. She is the first chiropractor I have gone to that really listens and adapted her style to what I did or did not like.
Dr. Demetra was my chiropractor for both of my pregnancies and I could not have made it through without her! I always left her office feeling better physically and mentally. I could have let myself fall asleep on the table, I felt so taken care of and safe in her hands. Thank you for everything Dr. Deme!

Recently switched to Dr. Demetra and was the best decision I could’ve made. She doesn’t only adjust you but she works on soft tissue which makes a huge difference in keeping the adjustments. I’m never sore and always feel amazing leaving her. Highly recommend for prenatal chiropractic
