As a competitive bodybuilder, I put my body through a lot—Katia is the real deal when it comes to recovery. She goes beyond relaxation, with incredible knowledge of lymphatic work and top-notch equipment. The cupping she added to my session was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I started seing Katia because I had major scar tissue adhesions that developed after breast cancer surgery. I had limited range of motion in my arms/shoulders, and neuropathic pain. She utilized her cupping technique as well as lymphatic drainage combined with therapeutic massage. Katia is a spectacular massage therapist. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and cupping. She has very strong hands. Her office is very nice and warm. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Warm towels are such a pleasant treat!!

I've been here twice. Katia is great! She's super nice, she's very tuned into what you need/want. She asks regularly in different areas if she's using too much or too little pressure so she can adjust to what you need. I, personally, find her heated table very comfortable as well.
