I had a terrible experience with Dr. Xu. She often let her own cultural biases influence our conversations, which made me really uncomfortable. On top of that, the billing was a nightmare—I was told to just pay a $30 co-pay and they’d bill my insurance, but after four appointments, I suddenly got a $600 bill because they never actually billed my insurance.
