Dr. Xu is the most outstanding psychiatrist we have encountered in the Dallas area. She is highly professional, deeply compassionate, and demonstrates exceptional medical ethics. She listens carefully to both the patient and family, and makes timely adjustments to the treatment plan to ensure the best possible outcome. We are sincerely grateful for her dedication and care. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Xu. She often let her own cultural biases influence our conversations, which made me really uncomfortable. On top of that, the billing was a nightmare—I was told to just pay a $30 co-pay and they’d bill my insurance, but after four appointments, I suddenly got a $600 bill because they never actually billed my insurance. I've been doing virtual visits with Wholehealth since the beginning of Dec. 2024. I really love the nurse practitioners I see here - they all really do seem to care. The receptionists are always available to answer questions and everyone has been really pleasant. Would recommend for sure, especially if you're chronically ill and can't visit in person like me!
Nice people, quick service with tele visual conference. I got what I need, advise and drugs in 30 minutes. Very efficient. Thanks
