My son is heavy into sports and we felt it was time for him to start regular body work to ease the stress on his body and help relieve some problem areas. He was apprehensive at first and wasn’t too sure if it was something he wanted to do, but Kara helped ease his mind and was extremely considerate of his comfort- not just physically but emotionally as well. After his first visit he said he felt immediate relief and definitely wanted another. He is already planning his next visit.
I’ve seen Kara a few times and she’s been amazing. She has a calming nature, and is an excellent masseuse. I appreciate the variety of techniques and her professionalism throughout. The hypermobility extensions (not sure what they’re actually called) and hand massages are wonderful. Highly recommended!

Kara was wonderful. It was such a rejuvenating and relaxing massage. I was a little sore afterward, which showed how much tension she worked out, but I felt absolutely wonderful the next day. I’ve felt so much more relaxed. I can’t wait to book my next massage. Highly recommend for anyone needing stress relief and a good reset!
