Jayne is an incredible practitioner who helped me immensely in my recovery following a car accident. I really value her holistic approach. She addressed pain, muscle tension and limited mobility in my cervical and thoracic spine using acupuncture, electroacupuncture and myofascial release work. Jayne is a wonderful acupuncturist - I came to her with severe neck, shoulder and back pain, and I found so much relief from the pain after the first session. For reference, I've tried a myriad of treatments to help treat my neck/shoulder/back pain from orthopedic trigger point injections to chiropractic work, and working with Jayne has by far, been the most helpful in reducing my pain long term. I initially had a very positive experience with Jayne. She appeared highly invested in my health concerns and asked thorough, thoughtful questions about my diet, movement, and medical history.
