Dr. Hartwell provided the best new patient exam I ever experienced. He educated me on medical insights of myself I was not aware of yet. He is similar to medical detective in finding the root cause to an issue. I was sent home with a wealth of knowledge and few exercises to complete at home for whole health improvement. I would choose him as a PCP if he practiced family medicine! They truly care for their patients. You can tell.
Dr Hartwell is the most thorough chiropractor I have ever been to (and I’ve gone to chiropractors my entire life and worked for one). You can tell he cares deeply and wants to treat you individually. This isn’t some assembly line chiropractic where you get the same adjustment as everyone else. And his neck adjustments are the best I ever had. I was feeling dizzy, having headaches, heart, palpitations, chest pain and extreme fatigue when I went to him. After one adjustment all of those symptoms have disappeared.
Dr. Jeff Hartwell is amazing!! He is very thorough, knowledgeable, looks at the "system" as a whole, and his adjustments are very helpful! I learned a lot about myself during my appointment, and I'm very thankful!
Yesterday was my 2nd visit. He is very knowledgeable, gave me some exercises to start doing, and gave me a demonstration that I videoed so I can remember the correct way to do them. I am looking forward to the next visit and my body getting back on track. Thankful for getting me an appointment with Medical Massage Therapist Anthony Zitnick, who worked magic on my neck, shoulders, and lower back. Highly recommend seeing them both.
