I have never received such good care from any chiropractor, or even any doctor visit I've had, compared to my appointment with Dr. Hartwell. He was so intentional about evaluating trouble areas and took as much time that was needed to answer my questions. He was able to offer immediate answers for all of my concerns through verbally processing each thing he noticed. Dr. Hartwell provided the best new patient exam I ever experienced. He educated me on medical insights of myself I was not aware of yet. He is similar to medical detective in finding the root cause to an issue. I was sent home with a wealth of knowledge and few exercises to complete at home for whole health improvement. I would choose him as a PCP if he practiced family medicine! They truly care for their patients. You can tell.
Dr Hartwell is the most thorough chiropractor I have ever been to (and I’ve gone to chiropractors my entire life and worked for one). You can tell he cares deeply and wants to treat you individually. This isn’t some assembly line chiropractic where you get the same adjustment as everyone else. And his neck adjustments are the best I ever had. I was feeling dizzy, having headaches, heart, palpitations, chest pain and extreme fatigue when I went to him. After one adjustment all of those symptoms have disappeared.
Dr. Jeff Hartwell is amazing!! He is very thorough, knowledgeable, looks at the "system" as a whole, and his adjustments are very helpful! I learned a lot about myself during my appointment, and I'm very thankful!
