I arrived at 10pm and couldn't find decent parking, so I parked on premises. There was no one to check in with. I got awaken around 3.30am, they do knock hard, but then he apologized. Guard will give you door and paper to fill out. I belive receiving office began work around 5am because there was no one there at 4am. However office door is open and there is bathroom available for drivers.
I was expecting the worst after reading some of the reviews but was happily surprised when positive things happened. The security guard was professional and friendly explaining which door to back into and where the receiving office was. The receiving office staff was also professional and friendly stating that someone would come out to have me open doors and back into the door when they were ready. Friendly staff , clean place , easy access , very quick unloading and big 🅿️ parking dock 👌
Waste of time. Very slow, no respect for drivers time.
Really bad facillity for unloading , driver arrived at 5am , now 12:28 and he still waiting for getting empty (We have 1 pallet only) Because of it we loosing the next our load
