I really enjoyed this place and all the staff as a patient until I requested my medical records be sent to my other providers. I requested they be sent through my portal and I called and left voicemails five times. I filled out and submitted the formal request with my other practitioners’ information. To one of the providers, all they sent was the page asking to send records after my third time calling without sending any records. Nan in the Office app are absolutely incredible. They go out of their way to make it a easy experience without difficulty of making an appointment and Dan takes her time and does not rush you through your appointment.
