Awesome & caring doctor and staff.
Don’t waste your time if you need functional medicine services. Front desk is of no help, manager doesn’t have the decency to at least communicate with a prospective patient. They simply state “we are unable to give medical advise over the phone” how is it medical advise if I’m only calling to get more information on the services you offer? That’s literally the bare minimum. You want me to book appointment and bill my insurance for services just so I can get information on the services you offer. No thank you.
These are the most personable medical professionals I have had the pleasure to care for my 4 children. Everything they do is to make each child feel heard, supported, loved, and valued. Whether I’m just visiting to purchase wholistic products like vitamins and minerals supplements, bringing a child for a wellness check up, or coming in for a sick child, the front desk administrators and nurses are always kind, accommodating, and professional. I have been taking both my children to Dr. Olteanu since their births. She is very kind and understanding, as well as extremely knowledgeable. She asks questions that have helped us figure things out for our children we never would have thought of. She promotes a healthy lifestyle all around for children. Dr. Olteanu is an exceptional physician! She is so kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable! Her staff is so kind and always ready to help with anything and everything. My 11 year old has level one autism with adhd and has high anxiety with anything medical and Dr. Olteanu always eases all of his anxieties. She also has an amazing line of supplements that have helped my son! Highly recommend Dr. Olteanu!
