I never leave reviews but I'm hoping the doctor sees this. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had called to inquire about being a new patient. I received a call back a week later. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude, uninformative, and def didn't enjoy her job or people for that matter. I ended up hanging up on her due to how rude she was. Not exaggerating. We switched our kids, then ourselves to Whole Child. I switched because I sought an independently owned health care provider who isn't given marching orders by a large conglomerate hospital or medical group. The doctor and NPs at Whole Child are fantastic. They listen, are thoughtful about each patient and the best option for him/her. They take a true whole patient approach and don't look at a particular symptom or condition in a silo. We have seen several doctors over the years, specifically in the past 6 months and not a single doctor would address our concerns and validate our questions and concerns. Leaving Whole Child Pediatrics yesterday I felt at ease, I felt heard and I felt and knew that my children will be in amazing hands moving forward! I am so glad we found this doctors office! Doctor Kim was incredible and listened to my concerns and did so well with my kiddos!
It’s a blessing in disguise that we didn’t get accepted as a new patient here. After finally returning my call, saying what insurance they took (which we have) and that they are taking new patients-imagine my surprise after I filled out the mountain of redundant paperwork the opposite was said.
