This doctor’s office was a complete disaster. The manager, Michelle, was rude from the start, talking over me every time I tried to get answers. We sent our child’s records three weeks ago, but they never called my wife—four attempts, no response, and no clear explanation about the discharge or vitamin K vaccinations. This clinic is a disaster — and it starts with the people answering the phones. Every time I called, the staff gave me vague, confusing answers. No one knew how to explain anything clearly.
