Outraged at the disrespect from this office. They kept pushing us off when we called to enroll our daughter as a patient. We sent medical records, insurance information, and new patient enrollment forms - everything the office asked for and did so promptly. Little did we know it was all for nothing. When we first called in they told us that the practice was accepting new patients, then after they heard my daughter's name, after 2 weeks of calling in to check on the status, they came up with a lie and said they had a 60 patient waiting list. They could have told me the first time when I called in that there was no way to see her instead of giving me the run around, made me send medical records and wasted my time. The only pediatrician/GP my son has known his entire 27 years and counting of life. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful. I can't laid enough platitudes
Spent over 4weeks back and forth filling forms and trying to get a consult for hollistic services for my son with speech delay. Got told today after waiting for a week for response that they cannot help us with any testing/diagnostics. Why make me wait weeks and fill out forms? Poor service.
LOVE this practice. A neighbor recommended them when we moved to NJ and were looking for a place with a holistic approach. It is great western medicine care (they have us on an evidence-based vaccine schedule and prescribe antibiotics when my kids need them) and they also recommend natural treatments too, one of which has noticeably shortened my kids colds.
