This doctor’s office was a complete disaster. The manager, Michelle, was rude from the start, talking over me every time I tried to get answers. We sent our child’s records three weeks ago, but they never called my wife—four attempts, no response, and no clear explanation about the discharge or vitamin K vaccinations. This clinic is a disaster — and it starts with the people answering the phones. Every time I called, the staff gave me vague, confusing answers. No one knew how to explain anything clearly. So we asked to speak with the manager, thinking she would finally make sense of the situation. But then came Michelle. She made everything worse. Dr. Rosen is the best. We have been going to the office since it opened well over a decade ago. Wonderful care. It is a small practice, so not for those who want a “mega office” where you are just a number. When my son was small and there were any urgent issues, I always got a call back very quickly and good advice. Always get a sick visit appt when needed that day. Have never had a bad experience in 15 years of my child being cared for here.
You just can’t imagine the care you receive here. My twin boys timed out. 20 plus years. Highly recommend. Incomparable practice. Highly recommend. Extremely caring especially with special needs. Ahead of their time in 2007 and now head and shoulders above other practices.
I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Every single Dr. or NP that we have seen has been excellent. Dr. Pyatov (who we see for our check ups) is always amazing during our visits. She listens and always eases our worries, and takes her time to answer all our questions. We feel beyond comfortable and know that our children are in the best hands when we leave her.
