This doctor’s office was a complete disaster. The manager, Michelle, was rude from the start, talking over me every time I tried to get answers. We sent our child’s records three weeks ago, but they never called my wife—four attempts, no response, and no clear explanation about the discharge or vitamin K vaccinations. When I got frustrated, Michelle called me rude and verbally abusive, even though she never explained their policies clearly to begin with.
