Brought my teen son in for his first cryotherapy session (due to intense work out training ) and was really impressed. The space is clean, calm, and well-organized with private changing areas and a relaxing atmosphere throughout—dim lighting, massage chairs, and what smelled like incense or an air purifier. The staff was kind and made the experience smooth from start to finish. They let him pick his own music (he went with Deftones), gave him headphones, and walked us through everything.
