We are a family owned and operated Health and Wellness Spa. We have the best and state-of-the-art Electric Cryotherapy Chamber, Salt booth and infared Sauna. Our mission is to help as many people in the community live healthy, pain free and happy. Our Health Spa was created to have affordable, effective and safe therapies available to the Woodlands/Spring/Conroe area.

Great experience! Very nice, very clean, great staff. I felt great and very rejuvenated leaving!
My husband and I enjoyed the day pass and left feeling like a new person. The place was clean, relaxing and felt like a spa! Staff was friendly too!

This place has major scheduling issues! Twice I scheduled a chair massage two weeks out and when it came time (both times) I was told that another therapy was scheduled next door. The employee turn-over is unbelievable, 5 employees in 6 mos. Business hours are supposed to be noon until 7p. on Fridays. I was there at 12:15 and the doors were locked. Someone finally came to open the doors at 12:25.
