We are a family owned and operated Health and Wellness Spa. We have the best and state-of-the-art Electric Cryotherapy Chamber, Salt booth and infared Sauna. Our mission is to help as many people in the community live healthy, pain free and happy. Our Health Spa was created to have affordable, effective and safe therapies available to the Woodlands/Spring/Conroe area.

Brought my teen son in for his first cryotherapy session (due to intense work out training ) and was really impressed. The space is clean, calm, and well-organized with private changing areas and a relaxing atmosphere throughout—dim lighting, massage chairs, and what smelled like incense or an air purifier.
